Who we are

Big Steves Tattoo LLC (doing business as Fun City Tattoo) is a tattoo studio. This policy covers the information we collect when you contact us, book with us, or get tattooed with us — on our booking pages, by text, by email, and at the studio.

What we collect

What you give us: your name, phone number and email; your tattoo idea, placement, size, budget and preferred timing; and any reference photos you send.

What comes from booking and getting tattooed: your appointments and the artist you are booked with; deposits and payments; the answers and signature on your release form; and the messages we exchange with you.

We check your ID before a tattoo. If a photo of it is taken, it is looked at, the check is recorded, and the photo is deleted on the spot — we keep the fact that it was checked, not the image.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, schedule and confirm your appointments, take deposits, keep the records a tattoo studio is required to keep, and follow up about your tattoo.

Text messages

If you tick the box on our booking page, or text us first, we will text you about your enquiry and your appointments: replies to your questions, scheduling, confirmations, reminders and aftercare. Consent to texts is never a condition of booking.

Message frequency varies with your booking. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with any third party for their marketing. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.

Who else sees it

Nobody buys it: we do not sell your information. It is handled by the service providers that run our studio for us — our booking and records system, the companies that deliver our texts and emails, and our payment processor — only to do that work for us.

We disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to serve you and to keep the records a tattoo studio must keep. Release forms are kept as long as the law requires. Anything else, ask and we will delete it.

Your choices

Changes
